- We ship via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. Please contact us for
upgrade rates. If you request merchandise to be shipped to a P.O Box, your
order will automatically send your package via United states Postal Service
(UPS does not ship to P.O.Boxes).
- An automatic fixed charge of $11.95 will be charged for shipping per package. (Covers the cost of the shipping, packing materials, handling, wrapping paper and labels.)
- Due to state regulations, there will be a sales tax charge of 6.25% to anyone residing in the state of Texas. Anyone outside of the state of Texas will not be charged a sales tax fee.
- Your package will ship usually within 2-3 business days of placing your order. The package should arrive to destination within 2-5 business days.
- We have shipping rates within the 48 states. (USA)

Standard shipment is via FedEx or UPS ground. Next day, Second Day, and Saturday delivery is available in most areas at additional cost. Please contact Sweetie
Sweets to request special upgrade delivery.
Standard Ground Shipping add $11.95 to total.
Second Day Shipping add additional $12.50 to total.
Next Day Shipping add additional $34.00 to total.
Saturday Shipping add additional $47.00 to total.

Orders received by 9:00 am ET are usually shipped the same business day. Orders received after 9:00 am ET are usually shipped the next business day (see the special note regarding West Coast shipments). Business days include Monday through Friday. We ship Monday through Thursday, providing that the order will NOT be in transit over the weekend. We don't let our perishable cakes and pastries sit in a warm truck or warehouse during non-shipping hours. If the transit time will span a weekend, we ship the following business day (usually Monday). Scheduled deliveries on Saturdays are restricted to orders with the Saturday additional charge option selected. On Fridays we only ship for Saturday delivery, or Next Day for Monday delivery. Deliveries on Mondays are restricted to Next Day upgrades shipped Friday.

Orders for West Coast delivery in AZ, CA, ID, NV, OR, UT and WA require 4 transit days. In order to prevent transit over weekends, standard delivery is restricted to Mondays and Tuesdays. We recommend Second Day or Next Day shipment upgrades for those areas.

Shipments to Alaska & Hawaii must select NEXT DAY SHIPPING. Transit time is actually two business days.

Our couriers are very reliable; however, our delivery responsibility is limited to consigning the shipment to the courier in accordance with the above stated policies. The carrier may, at their discretion, leave the package at the doorstep unless you request us not to. The carrier's statement that the package has been left at the door constitutes proper delivery. In certain situations where the carrier considers the location to be a security risk, the package may not be left at the door. We disclaim responsibility for delivery delays caused by weather, auto accidents or other factors not under our control.

Claims for lost shipment, or damaged/pilferage - of all perishable items must
be reported to Sweetie
Sweets within one day of delivery or expected delivery date. After 1
day you may receive store credit, refund or replacement of item. Items must be
in original condition as received. We will not refund items that are opened
and obviously tampered with.

We are not permitted to accept returned products for health reasons. We will replace products shipped in error or damaged in shipment due to packing deficiencies.

Cancellation requests must be e-mailed or called in. The response must
state "Cancelled". If a cancelled order is shipped in error, you are
responsible to contact Sweetie Sweets and either
refuse the shipment or return the product to Sweetie Sweets. Otherwise you are
responsible for the payment of the package. Before credit can be given, your
proof of cancellation must be produced and product returned.
