A moist sponge cake outer shell with artfully applied lattice-work cocoa designs with a thin cake bottom soaked with coffee liqueur. Filled with Mascarpone Cheese blended with cream cheese and heavy cream. The top is dusted with cocoa powder and finished with a dollop of cream and coffee


Product Storage: Cake may be kept frozen for six months at 20°F, or up to one year at 0°F and may be thawed and re-frozen. May be kept refrigerated for up to 10 days.
